DRAFT — not yet in effect. This text is being reviewed before JOB OPS V2 launches. Items in [brackets] are still to be decided.
Who we are
JOB OPS is a local technology company in Lebanon, PA run by Logan and Isaac. We provide local IT help and managed hosting for existing websites.
Requests and estimates
Sending a request does not book or charge anything. We review it and contact you. For IT help we give an estimate, and work starts only after you approve it. Extra work found along the way is described separately and needs your approval before we do it.
Payment
We currently accept cash and Cash App. You receive a receipt for every payment. We never store card numbers.
Your devices and data
We only access what we need to do the job you asked for. [Data-handling details to be confirmed.]
Hosting
Managed hosting is covered by the Hosting Agreement.
