Hosting agreement

Your website. Our infrastructure.

You keep ownership of your website and its content unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. JOB OPS provides the hosting, HTTPS, monitoring, daily backups (7 kept) and basic hosting support.

What we host

At launch JOB OPS hosts static websites. We review every site for compatibility before accepting it.

Billing

Hosting is billed monthly. [Price and billing day to be confirmed.]

If a payment fails

  1. We retry the payment and let you know.
  2. Grace period: your site stays up for [X days].
  3. If it's still unpaid, the site is suspended (taken offline). Your data is kept.
  4. A 30-day period to resolve it, during which your data is retained.
  5. A final warning before anything is removed.
  6. A further retention period of [X days].
  7. After that, your data may be deleted. Deletion is always a deliberate step taken by JOB OPS staff, never automatic.

Leaving JOB OPS

You can cancel at any time. Your site stays up until the end of the period you've paid for. We provide an export of your website files, a database export where applicable, and relevant configuration information so you can move to another host. You have [X days] after hosting ends to request it. After that, data is deleted as described above.

Availability

We monitor every site continuously and act on problems, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage.
