What we do

Two services, done properly.

We keep it focused: hands-on help with the technology in your home or business, and reliable hosting for websites you already have.

Local IT Help

Something not working, or need something set up? Describe it, tell us when you're usually free, and we'll contact you with a plan and an estimate.

About hosting

Monitoring

We watch it so you don't have to.

Every hosted site is checked every minute: is it online, how fast does it answer, is its security certificate valid, did last night's backup finish.

The panel shows real numbers from our own monitoring — never sample data. Hosting customers see the same kind of view for their site on their private status page.

How JOB OPS works

Clear steps. Nothing happens without your OK.

  1. Tell us what you need

A short form. No account, no booking calendar — just your problem or your website and when you're usually free.

  2. We review it

Logan or Isaac looks at it and contacts you the way you prefer: call, text or email.

  3. You approve the estimate

You see the price before any work starts. Extra work always needs your approval first.

  4. We do the work

We fix it, set it up, or move your website over, test it and make it live.

  5. Follow along anytime

A private link shows what's happening, what we need from you, and whether you owe anything.

Ready when you are.

Pick what you need. We'll take it from there.
